How do I access my online proctor for my FISDAP exam?

Once a student requests to take a FISDAP exam, Axon will send a confirmation email back to the student verifying that they have been properly scheduled. To take the exam, the student will need to connect with their online proctor at the scheduled time.

Please follow the instructions below:

The proctoring service will guide you through the process and provide the password needed to begin your exam. You must keep the browser and meeting windows open for the duration of the exam. You are not permitted to call, text, or email anyone while testing. If you have any questions or encounter any issues during the exam, please use the chat feature on the meeting page to message your proctor.

1.  Pay the Required Proctoring Service Fee

  1. Navigate to https://app.monitoredu.live/organizations/
  2. Choose your organization - "Axon Education"
  3. Choose "Make Payment". This will open a new tab where you will pay for the required MonitorEDU proctoring service.
  4. Return to the original tab to begin step 2.

2. Complete the MonitorEDU Pre-Check Process

  1. Choose "Connect to Proctor"
  2. Review and acknowledge a series of MonitorEDU policies and resources.
  3. Complete the "Fill Out The Info Below" section. The "Exam" will be the exact name that was displayed in your exam confirmation email you received from the Support team.
  4. You will be asked to supply an "in the moment" picture of your photo ID and your face.
  5. Click "Connect to Proctor"

3. To contact your proctor, please follow these instructions:

  1. Verify your information is correct on the "Chat Session" page
  2. Next, click "Open Chat"
  3. Click "New Conversation"
  4. Click "Start Chat". This will place you in the queue. A proctor will join the chat shortly to help you connect on video.
  5. Once connected, the proctor will provide you with the password needed to begin your exam. Be sure you are taking the correct exam, as noted in the confirmation email you received from Axon.

4. The Proctor should have you do the following:

  1. Log in to FISDAP.
  2. Under Quick Links, click Take a Test.
  3. Choose the exam listed in your confirmation email.
  4. Make sure to select the correct version of the exam, as specified in that email.
  5. Click Attempt or Reattempt to begin.
  6. Your proctor will provide the password needed to access the exam.
