How do I report an issue or concern?

Students are encouraged to first attempt to resolve any concerns or complaints through the Student Support channels by contacting them via phone at (325) 218-4444, by SMS text at 1-325-218-4444, or by email at support@axoneducation.com. Student Support will connect the student with the appropriate personnel to address the inquiry, including members of the institution’s Teaching Team. Should the issue remain unresolved, it may be escalated to the Teaching Team, who can further escalate it to an administrative officer if necessary.

If a student’s concern or complaint cannot be resolved through these initial channels, they are advised to review the next appropriate steps as outlined in the institution's Student Grievance and Appeals policy.

In every instance, it is the institution's commitment to work collaboratively and empathetically with students to find fair and mutually satisfying resolutions to all grievances, ensuring that their concerns are heard and addressed with respect and care.
