What Should I Do If I’m Experiencing Technology Issues With the Student Portal?

If you're having trouble accessing or using the Student Portal, try the following steps before contacting support:
  1. Is Your Location Enabled?
    Make sure your browser or device has location services turned on. This may be required for certain features to function properly.

  2. Are Popup Blockers Enabled?
    Check your browser settings and disable any popup blockers that might be preventing important windows from opening.

  3. What Browser Do You Use?
    Sometimes, issues can be browser-specific. Try switching to a different browser (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge) to see if that resolves the problem. Our student portal works on every major browser.
