What if I can’t find or get a copy of my high school diploma?
If applicants have exhausted all of the options listed below and are still
unable to locate or obtain a copy of their high school or college diploma or transcript, then they should reach out to the Admissions Department for further assistance by phone at (325) 218-4444 or email at info@axoneducation.com.
How to Locate/Obtain a High School or Post-Secondary Diploma/Transcript
- Locate a print copy of the diploma/transcript amongst your personal effects.
- Log in to your school portal (applicable to graduates as well) and obtain a printout of your transcript.
- Contact your educational institution directly to request a copy of your diploma/transcript (applicable to both recent graduates and long-term alumni).
- Contact the school district from which you graduated high school to request your diploma/transcript.
- Complete a Student Academic Records Request Form through the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board.
- Submit a Texas Certificate Search through the Texas Education Agency to obtain a free verification letter or a PDF containing the Certificate of High School Equivalency and test scores (for Texas Certificate of High School Equivalency achievers only).
