What Should I Do If I Can’t Check Out of My Shift in the Axon Student Portal?
The Axon Student Portal works across several web browsers, and issues preventing check-out are rare. If you're unable to check out properly, start by ensuring you're connected to Wi-Fi. If that doesn't resolve the issue, try using a different web browser (Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Safari, etc).
If neither step works, the preceptor must complete the evaluations by hand using the appropriate document (attached). Students should bring a printed copy of this form to their shift. If you forgot to print it, you can ask the site to print it for you, or check if the preceptor can download the document to their phone and sign it through a service like Adobe Sign or the Notes app on an iPhone.
Once the evaluation is completed, email it to support@axoneducation.com with the Clinical Request ID noted (ex: C000123) as soon as possible. The email will serve as your timestamp to ensure the shift is properly recorded.
