How do I schedule my drug panel test with AnyLabTestNow?

  1. Print the Drug Screening Form: Download and print the attached drug screening form provided by Axon Education.

  2. Find a Location: Locate the closest Any Lab Test Now center near you. No appointment necessary.

  3. Walk-in Testing: Go to the Any Lab Test Now location to complete your drug panel test.

  4. Billing: The cost of the drug screening will be billed directly to Axon Education. You do not need to pay upfront or request coverage through Canvas or any other platform.

  5. If No Any Lab Test Now Nearby:

    • If there is no Any Lab Test Now location within an hour of you, you may get your drug screen done at another lab or clinic.

    • You will need to pay out of pocket at the time of the test.

    • Save your receipt and submit it for reimbursement up to $45.
