What is terminal competency?
Terminal competency refers to the complete set of skills and knowledge that students are expected to acquire by the end of their studies. Assessments of terminal competency are carried out via Zoom meetings with the Program Director and Medical Director. During these assessments, students are presented with oral scenarios that they must navigate. This evaluation follows the submission of course completion documents and represents the final stage before course completion.
