Why Can’t I Access My Next Assignment in Canvas?

Why Can’t I Access My Next Assignment in Canvas?

If you're having trouble moving on to your next assignment in Canvas, it's usually because a prerequisite assignment hasn’t been completed yet.
Here’s a quick troubleshooting tip:
  1. Log in to Canvas.
  2. Click on the "Modules" tab.
  3. Make sure all prerequisite assignments before the one you’re trying to access are completed.
This could include:
  1. Answering a required question
  2. Completing a required quiz and/or obtaining a passing score on that quiz
  3. Clicking a "Mark as Done" button at the bottom of a page
If everything looks completed but you still can't move forward, please contact our Support Team for help.
